Why do I want to work for Super Star Car Wash?

I’m at a point in my career where working alongside good people… dare I say, super people comes first. The work will always matter, but doing it with people who share core values makes it unbeatable. From what I can see, Super Star Car Wash’s culture of integrity, trust, accountability, and customer focus mirrors the qualities I hold close.

And I haven’t just read about it, I’ve seen it in action. As a long-time customer, I experience those values firsthand. Your employees (both young and not so young) consistently exemplify them, and there’s a certain energy that clearly cascades down from the top. That’s the kind of company I want to be part of.

So what can you expect from me?

I may not have superpowers, but it sure feels like it when I’m working on a creative challenge. I was born with an energy and passion for making things. Whether it was forming mud patties on concrete as a kid or designing eye-catching POP displays as a professional, it’s always been about having fun while building something meaningful. For me, the reward lives in both the process and the outcome.

I also bring a tireless work ethic, instilled early on while growing up in my parents’ mom-and-pop café. I learned the value of showing up, working hard, and hustling–lessons that still guide me today. I bring that same rigor to my craft now: designing with speed and momentum, while staying grounded in strategy and brand alignment.

FAQ

  • There’s no doubt you’re speaking with many talented candidates. What I offer, however, is a set of intangibles that don’t always show up in an email banner, flyer, or website mockup. I bring deep passion, loyalty, and strong soft skills that ground how I work with others. No ego. No drama. Just genuine gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to a company that clearly values its people.

  • Absolutely. While “senior” may have been part of my title, every creative role I’ve held has required hands-on execution. In fact, I prefer being in the trenches, that’s where I do my best work and have the most fun.

  • Not at all. I’ve commuted from the East Valley to North Scottsdale for over seven years. (That said, I certainly appreciate the occasional remote day.)

  • That satisfying crack of plastic, followed by the unmistakable, and delightful, smell of a Super Star Car Wash air freshener. Especially the seasonal ones (Vanilla Halloween!)
