I approach strategy as both art and architecture, grounded in logic but built with imagination. Every plan begins with understanding: the people we serve, the problems we solve, and the purpose behind it all. I connect the dots between vision and execution, ensuring ideas don’t just look good on paper but live powerfully in the real world.

I believe in servant leadership and focus on clearing the path for my teams to succeed. I empower individuals at every level, giving them the autonomy and support they need to grow. By leading with neutrality and shared purpose, I enable design to do the work of design, bringing ideas to life in their fullest, most impactful form.

At the heart of it all, I’m driven by connection. Family and friends keep me grounded, reminding me why the work matters and who it’s ultimately for. I try to move through the world with empathy and optimism, less about changing everything, more about leaving each place and person a little better than I found them.
