I’ve always been a learn-by-doing person. Whether you call it player/coach energy or simply refusing to ever fully grow up, the point is this: real learning happens in the trenches. And honestly, it’s way more fun that way.

I approach strategy as both art and architecture, grounded in logic but built with imagination. Every plan begins with understanding: the people we serve, the problems we solve, and the purpose behind it all. I connect the dots between vision and execution, ensuring ideas don’t just look good on paper but live powerfully in the real world.

At the heart of it all, I’m driven by connection. Family and friends keep me grounded, reminding me why the work matters and who it’s ultimately for. I try to move through the world with empathy and optimism, less about changing everything, more about leaving each place and person a little better than I found them.
